To apply for media credentials you must download the media application at: http://www.angelcityclassic.com/images/stories/ACC08_MediaCredentials.pdf
Email completed form to media@angelcityclassic.com or fax to 877-623-2227 by no later than 5 pm (PST) on Friday, September 19, 2008.
You will receive an email confirmation that your credential request has been received.
Approved media outlets will be notified by no later than September 24, 2008 via email with additional instructions.
If approved, to obtain your media credential you must:
Be present at Media Registration to receive your credentials, thus one person cannot obtain media credentials for all members of his or her media agency.
Present a government issued photo ID.
Sign your name on the credential registration form.
Please Note: For security reasons, credentials will only be issued to the recipients named on the credential application.
